Tributes visiting the Underground Oasis will discover that it is full of friendly mutts!
• Dreamtime Spore may be consumed for a euphoric hallucinogenic effect. These effects dissipate by the next games day and do not impact combat.
• Songline Kodoma may bring tributes gifts of edible and medicinal plants. These work like regular plants (taking the place of IC plant "gathering"), the Kodoma are purely for IC fun.
• Everywhen Nakom will guide tributes to discover community relics when followed. Relics are similar to REs, but are just for fun (they will provide no strategic benefits, nor will they cause damage) and have been contributed by the HGRPG community! In order to investigate the Oasis for relics, tributes should first write an intro post. After that they may contact the GMs to request a Nakom encounter.
Tributes may choose to write any of these mutt interactions by themselves, treating the mutts as NPCs, or they may request a mutt writer to thread with. Nakom may be written by the site member who wrote the specific relic(s) being discovered.
All of these activities are optional and simply exist to encourage active writing in the Oasis!
