brysen belhaven -- capitol high council

The youngest son of Gamemaker Capricious King, Brysen's entire life has been split into two parts; what he designates as his "desperate for his mother's attention" phase, and his "desire to outgrow and outshine her" phase. Engaging in such stunts such as flaunting and wasting his mother's wealth on frivolous pursuits to hooking up with one of the District Seven stylists to enrolling in and passing the Gamemaker introductory course with flying colors in his teens and early twenties, he's since mellowed out - somewhat - and has turned his ambitions to altogether greater pursuits.

The Capitol High Council might be a bit of a stretch for someone just barely twenty five, yet such obstacles have never stopped Brysen before. After all, he's no stranger for attempting greater and greater stunts to catch his mother's attention, though whether it's for her approval or her envy he isn't quite sure. Whether a spoiled playboy who spends as much time involved in hedonism as he does in ambition will be able to make any headway amongst the Capitol citizens or if he'll simply become the latest in a long line of has-beens remains to be seen.
