4th Tribute to Miss at Cave Entrance

The 4th tribute to roll a miss will instead hit the cave wall, triggering a slime-fall. Like a cave-in, except only slime falls from the ceiling onto the head of the tribute. For the remainder of the mandate, each tribute in the fight must make a 1d6 roll to stay on their feet. 1-3 pass (nice!), 4-6 fail (+1 damage)
