The sounds of waves crashing in the distance had always brought me some sort of comfort.

It was just my dad and I at this point, and I for one can be okay with that. My mom had left years ago, and I still, to this day, wish I knew why. My dad always chose to never speak ill about her in front of me, but that did not stop him from bad mouthing her in front of the whole town I grew up in.

He just wanted to make sure that I would not turn out like her.

I was too afraid to do a lot of things, and leaving was one of them. I probably could have made it on my own, most people dont think much of me when they walk past. They would just see a pretty face, waiting for someone to throw her a bone. People say I look too innocent, sweet and never one to get angry, but they dont see me when I am on the training floor.

Just because I have a sweet face down not mean I wont put a knife right between your eyes. The thing is, I would do with a smile too, because I have seen my fair share of bullying in my life. I never got mad though.

I always got even.
