There's a lot of losers throughout Panem. One might be tempted to think we are an entire country of losers. And don't try to tell me the Capitolites aren't -- take a peek at the latest polls. They're losing, badly, and they don't even seem to know it.

I've traveled some, basically whenever the travel restrictions are eased. I bring my guitar and strum some sad tunes. I make enough to pay for a ticket onward until inevitably the borders are snapped shut and I'm sent back to Seven, for free.

My uncle keeps my name in the Reapings. Not that it seems to matter. So far I've been too much of a loser my entire life to attract any notice. I seem to even be beneath the gaze of whatever hateful being pulls kids names out of a crystal ball and condemns them.
