Ratmas Day 9 - UMVP

For our last admin announcement of this year's Ratmas we'd like to take the time to recognize someone who has been active throughout the year. They've participated in the 91st and 92nd Games with two memorable tributes. They spent time supporting their allies and enemies alike, being upbeat in public chats, and generally available for plotting and development.

Silver, The Wolf, the Blade, struck out on their own but is equally memorable for the frought storyline you wove. Thank you for being invested in both, for knowing your limits, for being humble. We appreciate you and award you this year's UMVP!
