Welcome to sunny and beautiful Carmel by the Sea! The town boasts beautiful vistas, beach views, the best art galleries and schools, and a charming community. People come to Carmel to find themselves, make a life, or find relaxation and beauty in their surroundings. The city offers many avenues for students, artists, small business owners, and even actors. A recent soap opera shooting on location has cropped up in Carmel, opening the gates for Carmel to be put on the map. Now it boasts many celebrity sightings as celebrities come on vacation. On the surface, the town is idyllic, friendly, and safe.

Carmel can be whatever a person wants it to be. Some people refuse to see the seedy underbelly and tell themselves that Carmel is nothing short of perfection. That it is safe, it is happiness, and nothing bad ever happens in Carmel. However, they'd be wrong. A criminal element has been seeping into the town for years, but everyone refuses to believe it. Ignoring the problem won't make it go away; instead, it could blow up in everyone's face. That's okay, though, right? Ignoring it means they can continue to live in their blissfully unaware paradise.

Secret Secret is a real life site where you are welcome to play various character types—actor, artist, musician, criminal, retail worker, chef, etc. We value everyone's creativity and offer SS to be the home where people can relax and write with one another without drama or stress. We have a few rules in place on character types, but outside of those, all creative freedom is allowed and encouraged.
