Whew, what an incredible first day of emotional exercises! By the time your heads hit the pillow you can only dream of the progress you've made, the connections you've strengthened, the ones you've lost, the blood you've shed. Wait.. what?

Anyways, you wake up to the soft smell of the ocean breeze and the scent of crimson still staining the air. How refreshing! It's a little bit quieter around the resort, a little bit emptier, a lil bit more bloody mate.
