Marble, a student of the college in District Six, loves all things lore and myth. Sure, her studies are meant to be on things of more importance, like the real world and real stories, but she's often absorbed into her fantasy novels, reading up on all things dragons, gods, magic, monsters and myths.

She's always loved reading about things that aren't real. The problem with that is, she's started to take a lot of what she reads as truth. She believes that, if muttations can exist, so can things like unicorns, selkies and mermaids. Her beliefs are mostly harmless, but sometimes Marble may push back a bit too much when people tell her she's wrong, and it can start arguments.

Marble does have one thing in particular that brings her true peace, though, and that's her belief in a certain pantheon of deities that she read about in one of her fantasy novels. She truly believes that they exist, despite their creation being solely for the story, but she doesn't force others to follow what she believes, and therefore, there's no harm done.

As long as no one tries to get between she and her belief in favorite goddess, Traylora, the goddess of love, then everything goes quite smoothly. Marble believes that Traylora will guide her to her soulmate, and also help her with things related to platonic love, such as finding her best friend who she loved so dearly that seemingly vanished a few years ago. One day there, the next: missing.

So, she tries to use the power of Traylora to get what she feels is necessary in her life, and that's love. Surely there's no harm in love, right?
