Just because I'm introverted doesn't mean I'm shy. I listen, I observe, I look at body language to see how people are reacting. I'm not sure what to say though. Sometimes it's easy, but other times it's not. I don't like interrupting conversations. I want people to invite me in, to ask me what I think, but don't get me involved in small talk. I hate it because I think it's pointless, yet if you want me to talk about something for hours, ask me what I'm passionate about. I'll talk your ear off. If I let you in, that means I trust you more than you'll ever know.
