After a draining eighteen years of the Games, District Eight has finally brought home another victor. Theo Horner placed his life all into a poker game with a bet. His fate was sealed when the cards were dealt, but that didn't stop him from fighting. After a short week in the Capitol, he has begun to make his rounds within the Districts. The Capitol has whispered into his ear that he shouldn't act up. But if there's one thing that the Capitol should know about Theo, it's that they can't tell him what to do. And they won't. He still holds the same bark to his breath and isn't shy to break from the muzzle the High Council has placed on him.

Hello! I wanted to get this up so I could try and organize his VT threads as my semester finishes up. I'll try and get to you all as soon as possible! Theo's still got his bite to him, but he's willing (to say the least) to meet anyone that wishes to do so. Throw a message here or yell at me on Slack if you want to get something organized! Happy to commit to any length of thread <3.

I also have some family relations that I'd love for him to get fulfilled. If anyone would want to write his dad, his mom, or any of his childhood friends (or others) to reunite with him, let me know!
