I work at a small café just outside the District Square in Ten. I'm tasked with making drinks for the customers, and while I do seem to have perfected the craft of making a latte— the fancy little latte art on top included— I don't drink any of it myself. I have enough energy and optimism to go around that I don't need the caffeine. At least, that's what my mother has always told me.

I make my way through life with a smile on my face. Some people find my optimism "annoying" or say that it doesn't make sense in a world such as ours, with things llike the Hunger Games in existance. My thought on the matter? Perhaps everything is a blessing in disguise.
