rat breeder, rat provider for the community. often has the feint smell of ammonia and rat shit on him. has a younger accomplice, synthia. probably some fucked up shit if they age out about an arranged marriage as the rat handlers. keeps the clones in his basement and the singular "praised" rat upstairs to try and cover up the fact there's like 30 downstairs.
