This whole brunch thing isn't nearly as bad as he expected, but it's still more than he bargained for. Some people will never understand the world that runs through his racing mind, and he has come to realize it's completely okay. Once the first meet and greet is over, Hank makes his way back to the brunch spread. The mimosa barely did anything to calm his nerves, yet he yearns for the chance to speak of his faith, to prove that he is a faithful servant of Ripred, and that he desires to spread the good news of Angsar Todd for everyone to hear, but it seems that this isn't the time nor the place.
He grabs a plate with slices of bread topped with molten cheese with a golden egg yolk perfectly centered on top, and he makes his way back to another table where the placard with his name on it is now placed, and he takes a seat waiting for his acquaintance to arrive. This food is more than he could ever ask for. It's more than anything he's ever had back home, and at the same time, it brings tears to his eyes.
Father, thank you for this. Thank you for allowing me this opportunity. Help me. Guide me. I am Your faithful servant.
When Antigone Jay arrives, Hank stands and waits for her to take a seat, and then he holds out his hand offering it for a shake.
"Hi, I'm Hank from district ten." Of course it's obvious, but it's always polite to introduce himself to anyone that comes around who may not know him.
"Let's get started shall we?"
He reaches his hand into the bowl and pulls out a tiny, folded sheet of paper.
"What was your most embarrassing moment at school?"
