Victor Shrines - Interaction Points

In lieu of the Double Incentive event that was originally planned for the 95th Pre-Games, we have made the following adjustment to the Victor Shrines fixtures:

Tributes who interact with a Victor Shrine fixture within a District Suite will be able to claim +1 interaction point, for use in the Post-Based Sponsorship.

This is in addition to whatever item the tribute receives from the Victory Shrine fixture interaction. Tributes will be able to claim a maximum of two points from this opportunity.
