put yourself back together [siber/sunrise(?), d2 suite]

Fleeing the disastrous fight in the elevator, I didn't really even pay attention to where I got off at first. I immediately made my way to the stairs, hoping Sunrise was following behind but not really making much effort to double check. Nothing felt right, and it was hard to focus. Maybe it was the Garner girl's threat that made me feel that way. Maybe it was something else.

Regardless, I didn't like the feeling.

I ended up finding myself in what I had thought was the District Two suite. I questioned it for a moment, though. Were these sewer tunnels? Oh... that was just a sick fucking joke. After our district industry had changed, we'd become, for lack of a better and not-so-literal term, the butt of Panem's jokes.

Well, maybe I could look around and at least find something useful: I'd just have to get past the stench of it all. I started to glance around as I trudged through the tunnels. Maybe my room was still somewhere deep inside these tunnels, or past it all.

"I'm headed in," I said, meaning to say it to Sunrise, if he was there. I didn't turn to check. I was too focused on my thoughts. Although, it also comforted me to think he might be following behind.
