I move quickly and swiftly through the interview hall, ducking behind the curtains as I climb onto the stage. The routine was starting to become familiar, and as I push through the thick materials of the curtains I begin to rummage through the objects on the stage, looking for a small vial of poison. I knew it was here, I had seen it before. I needed it, it was as essential as medical equipment and could potentially be the difference of me living or dying.

I dig through some of the crap near the stages edge, keeping one eye on the area behind me. It was quieter in the train center with each passing day as more and more tributes meet their end. For the briefest moment I find myself wondering if tomorrow might be the end for me, but as quickly as the thought was summoned, I banish it.
