I don't trust people. My trust has been broken so many times. People have used me, they've betrayed me, and I built my walls up so others can't hurt me. I have to protect myself at all costs no matter what. And by doing this, sometimes I hurt others. Sometimes I've done things I later regret because I don't realize how much damage it does to someone. It sucks, and I want nothing more than to not do this, but I have to do what I can to make sure things aren't as bad as they seem. I've said things that aren't nice. I've belittled people and brought them down, but it happens more when others are threatening me. I've tried being calm and respectful, but when I feel people are attacking me, I'll defend myself.
I've learned to think fast on my toes, and sometimes I create lies that anyone will believe. Making stories is easy now. While I know it's possible for others to figure these things out, I know that it's always a possibility. Whatever happens, happens. If someone wants to hear sorry, I'll apologize. Not that I always mean it though. This is my life now, and I'll do whatever I can to live my life and keep myself alive at all costs, and I'll protect my sanity by not letting others in to hurt me anymore.
