95th High Council Elections - Fundraiser Toast

As any good politician knows, the most important important audience is the audience willing to fund you. The only voices that matter are the ones with money. And like any good fundraiser host, you are expected to kick the affair off with a riveting toast.

- Your toast must be between 250 and 750 words, no exceptions.
- There must be dialogue. The entire post can be dialogue.
- You may post your speech anywhere in the Capitol (please link here) or directly in this thread.
- The actual specifics of the fundraising event (black tie gala, $10,000/plate dinner, petting zoo, etc) are up to you and you may opt to describe them if you wish.
- Must by posted by Saturday, the 20th
