The first tribute to kill another tribute will find that their eyes have suddenly become an intense, unnatural shade of icy blue regardless of their previous color. This will last for as long as the tribute lives.

If the tribute would like, they can make a Constitution check against this. They will need to roll a 13 or higher in order to succeed, otherwise the effects still occur.
