ride-along (first tribute to tame a mountable creature)

The first tribute to successfully catch a mountable creature will find an ornate gothic carriage shoved off a pathway into a snowy embankment. After rolling it out of the snow, the tribute may connect their mountable creature to the carriage and give the rest of their alliance (if they have one) the effects of riding the mounted creature in question when they ride inside the carriage. (Cannot exceed 3 tributes at once)
