This was perhaps the most important moment in Lilli Ursa's entire life, let alone her career. She didn't take her role at the mayor's office as Citizens Liaison and District Culture Secretary lightly, just as she hadn't taken her role as 'Victor Sister' any less so. And now she's both of those things, still great at being Teddy's favourite sibling and slightly better at her actual paying job now that four years have passed, but she's also Georgie Cham's favourite Aunty - perhaps the most important role of them all - and like hell is she losing that title today.

That's what a Mayoral Council was for, right? Stepping in to help Parson clean up his disasters. Like misplacing his only daughter's treasured pet, Tortoise the tortoise. What kind of Liason-Secretary-Aunty-C-List-Celebrity would she be if she didn't use her influence for the greater good?

"Oh, hello!" she chirps into the mic, gathering the crowd's attention. A good selection of citizens had responded to the mail drop she'd put out across District Six last week, some even clutching the pamphlets citing a search party for the missing pet today in their hands. "Thank you all so much for coming. We'll be starting the search in a moment, but I just wanted to brief everyone before we get started!"

Lilli's been in this job long enough to realise that a good majority are probably just here for the free food and water she promised to provide for all that participated today. She's got catering making sandwiches in one of the hospital cafeterias right this moment, and other admin staff from the Justice Building handing out pictures of Tortoise with information about him. But, y'know, small wins!

"We've divided you all into groups that will be searching different areas. Your group leaders," she gestures to volunteers wearing various coloured high-viz jackets, "will have walkie-talkies to communicate with us here at base. If you spot anything of use, please relay this to your leaders."

Finally, she points toward the giant poster of Tortoise an artist had rendered based on Georgie's own detailed descriptions. "This is Tortoise! Please note his distinct shell patterns so as not to mistake him for a turtle - I'm told this is very important!" and grins at her neice, shooting a thumbs up her way.

"Now," she clasps her hands together and smiles at the group. "Food will be provided as promised during our breaks. We will reconviene at midday for lunch, and again for dinner at dusk for those that can stay out longer. Please stay hydrated, alert, and let's find Tortoise!"

20 - 39: You find small tracks in the ground, but they quickly disappear into untracklable terrain or blend in with other animal footprints.

40-59: You spy some flora that's been nibbled on recently by a creature with a beaked mouth... a clue!

60 - 69: A local lets you know that they did in fact see a tortoise nearby, or was it a turtle? Regardless, this was several hours to a day or two ago. They've got no clue where it went next, but it helps narrow down the search.

70 - 89: A citizen spotted a tortoise within the last hour or so! The search party moves to this condensed area, your discovery greatly helping the search.

90 - 95: You find fresh tortoise droppings! Tortoise the tortoise has got to be nearby...

96 - 100: YOU FIND TORTOISE! You are deemed a local hero and recieve a generous thank-you package delivered to your home from the Justice Building's Mayoral Office.
