The tributes who do not submit a Private Training Session on time will find that when the scores are being televised to the public and it comes to their turn in the order, the broadcast will glitch out, rendering it impossible to see for a moment. Immediately after, it continues as normal.

Did the Capitol do this on purpose? Will it make them more of a target by the other tributes, or less? Only time will tell.
