1st Tribute to Take Damage in the Sand Dunes

The first tribute to take damage in the Sand Dunes (and survive) will have the sands bend in their favor. The sands blow against the tribute, wrapping around the wound in a magical display of good spirit. After a few minutes, the sand will dissipate and fall from the tribute, and they will notice that the first attack on them in the Sand Dunes is completely healed (for example, if the damage taken was 3.5, the tribute will be healed 3.5 damage.)
