1st Tribute with Charisma in the Black Sands

The first tribute with the charisma station to enter the Black Sands will receive a sponsorship balloon as they begin to bear the area's heat. When the tribute opens their parachute, they will find a technicolored parasol inside! Not for rain, but for some shade from the beating sun! If the tribute looks up from beneath the opened parasol, they'll see words of encouragement from their biggest fans in the Capitol.

If the tribute is in a pinch, they can use the sharp metal tip of the parasol as a single use of the javelin weapon!
