Anthem - Day 6

It takes them all night.

The three of them go back and forth into the waning hours of morning. Sloane has rolled her eyes into the next century by the time they find their solution, the answer to their headaches. After the day earlier, it’s not exactly death Georgia knows the Capitol needs today, (though that’s always on the menu), but rather an extension of the show, the lights and the sparkle.

Then there’s a spark.

It doesn’t need to make sense. In fact, they need the tributes to lose theirs.

“The answer has been staring at us all evening,” Georgia says, flipping her cap back to forwards and running her hands over her face. Exhaustion is etched there among the fine lines, a mark of her frustration at not having a single thing go exactly to plan. “The Sky Flowers.”

That sends Kelsier into overdrive, his hologram flickering as he launches to his feet and begins pacing, walking right through a console his true self didn’t care about. With a flurry of thoughts, he unloads a new collection of ideas and inspirations into the room, decorates the air with his best prose and all the worst things of which those flowers are capable. He imagines a host of distressing situations for each of them, gleefully tapping his fingers at the very idea that some of the tribute’s nightmares might wake to greet them once again.

They hadn’t planned to move everyone to the forest, but sometimes, the trees make calls all their own.

“We don’t need to corral them into any fights; they’ll ruin things themselves.”

The anthem plays. Three gone. One snatched in a flash, while two other deaths were strung out, fought for, hard won and exhausting. Well done, tributes. You’ve taken death into your own hands.

non-descript gold ring (1 use of accuracy, stacks with accuracy station)
translucent yellow runestone (temporarily covers a body part with stone, 1 use of self defence, stacks with SD station)
sky flower lantern - small silver lantern that utilizes a brimmed shade to trick the flower into thinking it's night to cause it to glow during the daytime as well. (grants a single use of light step, stacks with light step station)
bundle wrapped in leaves and twine (full medkit)

! There are three deaths mandated on Day 6. With Noah & Georgie succumbing to the arena, this means the first tribute to cross the 40 damage threshold will meet the final death requirement. More to be explained in GM starting posts for each thread.
♕ All tributes were moved and may choose to collect items from either their intended location area or the flowery forest area, not both.

Additionally, there will be no station use in the mandated threads. You’re having a bad trip! Good luck trying to self-defense the arena or pickpocket that hallucination, wink wonk woopm.


CLIMATE
Cool and clear, the moisture and cloudy skies stay true to their word for the evening and into the early hours of the next morning. Still though, a strange mist starts to permeate the arena as flowers bloom beneath your boots, grow up trees, small buds suddenly full bushes of blossoms. As soon as the sun crests over the tops of the trees in the morning, the arena lets out a collective exhale, and a noxious, technicolor fog sweeps all of you along the breeze.
