Uva Melooza: Capitol

Appearance:

She is short for her age, only being exactly five feet tall, but besides that, she’s in good shape. Her hair is in a short bob and is dyed a deep purple, while she has green eyes, very red lips, and nicely tanned skin. She also wears a pair of sunglasses often because her eyes are sensitive to bright lights.
Uva has a large collection of clothing, often going for a light dress that’s easy to move around in. She’ll go for anything purple, or any color that goes well with it, and she’ll absolutely never wear yellow, it does not work for her. She usually wears sleeveless dresses, but will wear a coat, or any other layers during winter when it’s absolutely necessary. She also has an assortment of high heels, usually 3 inches, and in a warm color to compliment the purple.

Personality:

Uva is very bubbly, but also a loud personality. She knows what she wants, and usually finds a way of getting it. She has very good management skills, and is able to keep good terms with her staff. Uva is overall very social, easy to get along with, and knows how to have a good time.
She has a good amount of free time for herself, always running errands for work, or for personal use. You can always find her a couple times throughout the day at a nearby cafe getting something small to munch on before heading back to work.
She enjoys life in the Capitol, and gives no complaints about government issues, like most. The Hunger Games are an obsession for her, and now that she has her own Night Club, she’s been playing the games whenever it’s on air, and people have come over to watch replays in the evening. She’s been trying to coordinate outfits inspired by the current games, getting some appreciation from other Capitolites.

History:

Born and raised in the Capitol like most, Uva spent most of her live under the care of her parents. They were an upper class family able to provide for themselves no problem, with both parents working in the evening doing who knows what. A little over a year ago Uva moved out and got her own apartment, and she shares it with her roommate and good friend Lilac Rexius Bach (NPC).
Just recently she opened her own Nightclub called Melooza’s, a small but stylish local a few blocks away from her apartment. It’s full of neon lighting, beautiful shrubbery, and lots of purple of course. It’s gotten good reviews, and is becoming popular with teens and young adults who live nearby.
Uva doesn’t have any big dreams for her business, all she cares about is if everyone enjoys her night club as much as she does, after all, what’s the point of working any job if you don’t enjoy it. More people are needed for hire, considering all the buzz that’s going around, bringing more regular guests. For now, Uva is sitting with her core group of friends, and her favorite drink, watching some of the highlights from the last 24 hours of Hunger Games action. She doesn’t take the betting seriously, if she does it at all, just wanting some good old entertainment

Other:In her apartment is a pet cat named Nara, she’s a 2 year old orange cat that clings to her.
