Murderous Love Part 2 (RATED PG-13)

Peeta and Gale eventually stopped kissing in the bathroom and moved themselves to the couch in the living room. Gale had his arm wrapped around Peeta's shoulders and had him held close to his side. Peeta's head nestled itself into the crook of Gale's neck as they talked to each other in a quiet tone for no reason.

“Were you really in love with Katniss?” Gale asked, curiously. Peeta replied by trying to kiss Gale again but Gale pulled back, wanting to hear his answer.

“As I said, I thought I was but I really love you,” Peeta re-explained before Peeta slid his hand up the back of Gale's shirt and rubbed his lower back.

Gale smiled and asked, “When did you find out you were gay?” Peeta looked a little taken back but answered as quickly as before.

“Well, I guess when we started kissing …. it felt so …. right,” Peeta smirked.

“Yeah I guess it did,” agreed Gale.

“So …. what do you want to do know?” Asked Peeta, obviously wanting to kiss.

“I kind of want to just talk … you know get to know each other better,” Peeta let out a small sigh of sadness and looked up at Gale, his head still nestled in Gale's neck.

“OK …... about what?” Peeta asked.

“Us,” replied Gale. It was so sexy how Gale could reply in one word and explain everything. Peeta tingled with the subject he had brought up.

“OK, what about us?”

“What do you want to do next?” Gale asked. Gale leaned his head on Peeta's and waited for an answer, patiently.

“Well … we could always do this,” Peeta said, leaning forward and once again kissing Gale. He felt the warmth of his lips and wanted to stay there forever but he knew he couldn't. He stopped mid-kiss and said mockingly, “or we could just talk.”

“I think you know what we both want to do,” Gale said smiling. Gale leaned forward and met his lips to Peeta's again. Peeta's hands moved their way to Gale's soft, flawless face and moved through his hair. Gale's hands moved up Peeta's shirt to feel of his muscular chest. Gale's hands eventually rested on Peeta's collarbones as they kissed itensly.

As they kissed, however, they sensed something was wrong. Gale cracked open one eye and saw Katniss standing in the doorway. They both had forgotten she had a key. She immediately screamed and tried to go out the door. Gale jumped up and ran to where she was, thrusting his hand out to block the exit. “It's … It's not what you think!” He immediately yelled, dishonest.

“How could it NOT be?” she retorted, “My best friend and X-Boyfriend are making out?! What else could it be?” Gale couldn't think of anything to say. How could he lie to her? What could he say that she would believe. Peeta answered her though.

“I'm so sorry Katniss …. it just happened …. we are in love and-”

“You are WHAT?!” She yelled, obviously in a mix between angered and surprised. Gale was the next to speak.

“We fell in love …. we found out we have a lot in common in-”

“Whatever! Neither of you talk to me anymore! This is just … this is just too weird!” She yelled dramatically, before rudely slamming the door in their faces.

“What do we do now?” Peeta asked, scared.

“What can we do?” Gale replied.

“We can chase her down or we could ignore it and …. move on ...” Peeta said, saddened by Katniss interrupting their intense kissing session.

“I choose move on …. we can't erase her memory or anything so …..” Gale babbled. Peeta interrupted him by kissing him intensly and backing him into his own bedroom. He explained this place by saying,

“Just in case anyone else comes in,” he then went back to kissing Gale as he laid him down on the bed. Peeta unbuttoned Gale's shirt and threw it into the corner of the room in a swift movement. Gale returned the gesture by pulling Peeta's off other his head and throwing it into the same corner, all while kissing Peeta.

Peeta loved the feeling of Gale's chest against his owns and wrapped his arms around Gale's neck. Feeling everything of Gale except behind his pants. It was too soon for that though. Much to soon.

Gale moved his arms underneath Peeta's armpits and wrapped them around his back from there
Around Gale's elbows he felt the short hairs from Peeta's underarms brush him and moaned. Maybe it wasn't too soon … no it was …. they had to get to know each other better before they revealed themselves … completely. But no matter what this was a great feeling.
