Note: This is not necessarily the jobs of this site. This is what Suzanne Collins has written as each district's main job.

At the conclusion of the third book, all Districts have had their jobs specified except for Districts 5, 6 and 9.

District 1 = luxury goods
District 2 = stone, peacekeeper training
District 3 = electronics, factories
District 4 = fishing
District 5 = Unknown
District 6 = Unknown
District 7 = paper, lumber
District 8 = textiles
District 9 = Unknown
District 10 = livestock
District 11 = agriculture
District 12 = coal
District 13 = graphite, nuclear
