Tikaani Loe District 4

Tikaani is tall with broad shoulders and long muscled arms and legs. His large strong hands are skilled at tying knots but he struggles with them in school sports like football and baseball.

He is not the most handsome boy of his age, but he does have some good looks. He has short blonde hair that contrasts with his tan skin and a large square jaw. His hard gray eyes show that he has seen things no 14 year old should see.

Tikaani is intimidating, even at his young age. His silent demeanor only amplyfies it. He has few friends as a result. He prefers it that way.

Despite his strength, Tikaani fails in school athletics. He prefers not to waste time and energy trying to get fame. Instead he works tirelessly lobstering and bringing enough money to remain full and save up enough to buy a nice house in the future.

Though he's busy with work, Tikaani uses the time that's required by law for him to get off work for school to go swimming. This, of course, means little to no school time and failure after failure in classes, but Tikaani believes in enjoying life while you can because at any time the Capitol may cut it short.

Tikaani has been keeping up this same schedule since he left the District 4 Community Home at he age of 9. Tikaani had lived there since he was 9 months old when his parents were turned into Avoxes and taken to the Capitol for defying a District 4 Peacekeeper for reasons Tikaani had never been told.

You might expect Tikaani now hates the Capitol, but in truth he is eager to comply with the Capitol's rules and takes genuine interest in the Hunger Games. In fact Tikaani is a Career Tribute. He desires nothing more than to enter the Hunger Games, test his strength and wit, and, if he wins, talk about achieving his life goal! He'd get a house in the Victor Village, endless food, and even endless fame!

But if Tikaani were to enter his only weapon would be setting "Tribute Snares". He would have no hope of winning with that weapons unless large quanities of water were somehow incorporated into the arena. Then he might have a chance.
