Tom Miller, Capitol Rebel Peacekeeper

Tom Miller has a hardened look to him due to everything he has been through. Tom is 5' 10", not very tall, but not very short either. He isn't very big, but he still is pretty good at combat. Tom has strength, and can bench a good amount of weight in the Capitol Peacekeeper training center. He definitely is not fat, but he isn't super skinny either, he's just kind of average, I suppose.

Cuts, scrapes, you name it. Tom usually will have it. As a hunter, Tom doesn't mind getting completely dirty and messy. He also doesn't mind if he is bleeding in 10 different places on his head, somehow he always manages to come at you before his last breath. He has plenty of tiny scars all over his body, but the one that stands out is the one that he has across his cheek that he prefers to not talk about, therefore to nearly everyone it is a mystery. Some keepers make up scary stories and tall tales about it to tell to the fresh meat, but nobody truly knows how he got it, besides himself, of course.

He has black hair that is slowly beginning to turn grey in the front. It isn't to messy, and he prefers to keep it short. One of his motto's goes like this:

"The more hair you have, the more it gets in the way. But, you still gotta keep some. I mean come on, it's fantastic camo."

He doesn't have any facial hair, and doesn't plan on growing anything besides the average little hairy areas on his arms, legs, and such. Those dark patches that you see on his arms and stuff? That's just dirt, don't think that he's turning into an animal, he's just really into camoing himself. His face and body have freckles, but not excessively.

He has light brown eyes, strangely unlike anyone else in his family, who have blue and grey eyes. Tom also has a very recognizable face, and you can easily tell who is part of the Miller family. In District 9, he couldn't crawl across the ground with camo and mud all over his face with a helmet on and not have everyone notice that he's a Miller.

Tom isn't very much into fashion, which fits in with how he doesn't mind being dirty. He usually just wears war clothes. Dark green camo, like in the picture, if he's on duty or on the field. Or a white tank top with green camo pants, if he's resting or on break back at his place. He always wants to be prepared, which is why he always wants to have a plan. And because of this, "flaw" as some people consider it, his pockets always have something in them. Whether it be a Capitol energy bar, or a high caliber Peacekeeper pistol. Tom, will always be ready.

Tom Miller does not just have a bit of a hardened look to him, he is also a hardened person. If he wasn't trying to conceal the fact that he was with the rebels, and that he was quickly and quietly trying to help prisoners and attacke and assasinate imortant Capitol, government leaders, he would probably just go, "Piss off," to alot of the average people.

He grew up in District 9, the hunting district, so he has a bit of a hunter attitude to him as well. He usually tries to stay quiet, in quiet places. Just as if he is aiming his spear and his strategy dirrectly at a dear, not making one bit of a sound, not one bit. Most of the time, Tom tries and stays stealthy during his many attacks. But when he is in a large battle, he will unleash hell at you with a large arsenal of bullets.

Tom is a great kind of guy, that everyone wants to hang around. Back in District 9, he could make his pals laugh, and laugh, and laugh, until stuff(even a cucumber once) will fly out of your nose. Unfortunately, that attracts attention, although none of the Capitol Keepers have caught on that he is on a different side than the one that they are on, he is still careful. He also has a very sarcastic attitude that bothers people sometimes, to the point of walking away. Of course, this all left him after he lost the woman he loved....

Miller is a strong-willed character, and won't give up until it means the lives of many innocent people are at stake. During one of the largest battles he was in, he was in the Capitol forest, near District 5, when he ran into several wild, warpainted men from five. They actually had a small colony, with children and women, back in a cave. Miller seperated from his fellow Peacekeepers, and secretly continously fired at the Keepers. Eventually, he met up with one of the wild men, and he helped them retreat, without his "adversaries" knowing.

He may be a peacekeeper, but it doesn't mean he is with the Capitol. In fact, he is afiliated with a rebel group in District 9 ((OOC: He isn't really in one, its just a story)). He works "underground", as they call it in Districts 9, 10, and 4. Here, he helps supplie the districts with important things they need, like food, clothing, and water.

Tom doesn't trust many people, only ones that give him some good reason for him to trust them. He doesn't really trust many Keepers, but back home in 9, he has a few good friends he knows he can rely on.

Tom is good at alot of things, and usually in battle he takes a more tactical approach, usually with a complex battle strategy with several back-up plans. He always tries to think things through before he does things. This is sometimes a good thing, but Tom just doesn't roll too well with impulsive actions.

Tom has a major phobia of soup. He doesn't know why, but whenever he sees it, he runs for his life. He is extremely afraid of soup, maybe because its hot, but he's fine with coffee so....he's just not sure. Tom doesn't have many other flaws, except that he hasn't seen his family for a long time, which some people consider a flaw. He also isn't very good at science or math, unless you count hunting or strategies, which may use some of that. He's also pretty bold, even with his smart mind, he will no doubt be on the front lines of the battlefield.

Also, he now talks to woman like their men, trying to distract himself. It might be a bit better this way, so that he simply doesn't ignore them. Tom has siblings, so his family name will live on(hopefully), but not due to Tom's actions.

Tom was born June 6th, the year of the 13th Annual Hunger Games. He was actually born during a thunderstorm, which he always found interesting to know. He was born with 2 brothers and a sister, in District 9. His sister being the youngest, then one of his brothers, him, and another older brother. The younger sister and brother are the ones with blue eyes, like their mother, while the eldest brother has grey like the father. And then there comes Tom's strange out of the blue light brown eyes.

His father was a hunter, his mother a seamstress. His father was killed when he was ten, due to excessive public whipping, for stealing from the head peacekeeper, which he didn't do. The real criminal was never discovered, but he had stolen two turkeys and a chicken. Those things are very easy to come by in 9, of Hunting, but of course the head PK exaggerated. Although, it was physically the Capitol's fault for Tom's father's death. Tom saw it happen right in front of him, and he will never forget it. Tom vowed that one day, he would get back at the Capitol, and their keepers.

At age 16, he enlisted as a bodyguard for a Capitol official, named Lucas. He planned to assasinate him, but was unsuccesful when his mother fell ill. She had a bad case of influenza, which eventually lead the pneumonia. He cared for her, without his siblings, and when he turned 20, she lost had finally healed, thanks to a new, District 9 doctor, who was amazing at helping her. After making sure she was completely safe, Tom joined the Peacekeepers at age 21. He guarded District 9's Head Peacekeeper's House for 5 years, when he was promoted, and sent to the Capitol. He lived a normal life there, disgusted by the people, and secretly helping others to send supplies to the Districts. Although, one day he met a woman, much more beautiful than any other he had ever seen. He talked to her, and he secretly met with her for two years. She was born in District 7, where apparently some official thought she was so beautiful that he hired her to be on of his many servants. When she snuck away from her employer one day to meet with Tom, she had a wonderful time. But when she got back, she faced serious punishment, and was turned into an Avox, and took her away. Tom blamed himself for this, and promised he would never love again. When he turned 31, he reinlisted as a Peacekeeper, and was sent to patrol the city, and make sure nobody got out of hand, or any illegal aliens had made it to the Capitol.

Finally, at age 36, he was again promoted, and circled the Capitol forest to check for runaways from Districts. The picture of him at the top is him after he landed in a clearing, and hung out with his Keeper pals. That was one of his favorite times as a Keeper. He simply sat down, had a nice carbonated drink, and laughed. At 38, he was accidentally shot by a fellow Keeper, and had to go to the hospital. It turned out the bullet he had shot was slightly rusty, and he fell ill. He didn't leave the hospital until he was 40, when he knew he had to act fast or he will not succeed in his mission.

His days were shortening, and he wasn't sure how longer he was going to live. Living a very active life, he just might not have the energy in him to keep going any longer.

He joined the Peacekeepers, and managed to assasinate a government official. Another Keeper was blamed, and Miller got out of it clean. He continued serving as one of the favorite keepers until very recently when he was assigned to the Detention Center, since they needed some extra hands around the place. He is going to try and help some of the people out there, while still keeping away from his arch-enemy....Soup. Here, he hopes to help the innocent ones, and continue his life against the Capitol....

I'm sorry if this isn't enough or its too extreme. Aya gave me permission to make a rebel Keeper as long as I made it extra detailed.... I hope I succeeded! And, I am going to have Tom Hanks as his FC if he's accepted.
