Liev Lyon, 1 (revised)

Liev is the textbook definition of tall, dark and handsome. He stands at a muscular 6'1 and has curly pitch black hair, that falls messily into his tawny eyes. His jaw is strong and angular, with a thin layer of dark stuble and thick eyebrows.

He always wears dark clothes, in varying shades of gray and black, often with long sleeves to cover up the many scars from Career training. He also has a silver ring peircing in his left ear. Liev looks, in one word, fierce.

He is used to getting anything he want's because of his looks. He has a slight limp because when he was eight, he had a hissyfit in the midde of the city square, and a peacekeeper shoved him down the stairs. He fractured his hip, which consequentally left him out of living with his victor grandmother and gave him a slight limp.

Liev is quiet and intense, with a stand-offish, I-don't-need-anyone-or-care-about-anyone sort of attitude. He knows he is good looking and uses this to get girlfriends, but he doesn't really care about them, just uses them to his fancy and then disposes of them.

Some say this is because of his need to be the center of attention, but really it's the opposite, he does it to keep people at a distance, letting only his sister Sterling, who lives with their grandmother, in his heart and mind.



Liev is complex, with his emotions so tangled even he cannot figure them out. His parents favoured his sister as a child, even before they sent her off to live with their grandmother. Liev saw this as the ultimate betrayal, they had decided that out of their two children, they thought Sterling had the better chance of winning, and ultimatley making her family proud.

Liev likes to fix things, like cars, and especially motorbikes but will often fix peoples refrigerators, ovens, phones or other things for some petty cash. Liev loves motorbikes and even managed to scrounge up for one, even though you can pretty much walk everywhere in the district. He loves the exhileration of them.

Liev bottles up his feelings and they have a tendency to come bursting out of him at unprecedented times in the form of violence. The only person who can keep him calm, that he has found is his sister but he hardly ever sees her so he mostly just tries to stay away from people.

Liev was born to a small, family in the poorer area of the district. He grew up, troubled and always training, waiting to be in the hunger games, when he has about ten his sister and best friend, Sterling was taken away to train and live with their victor grandmother. This seperation and betrayal made him reluctant to ever trust anyone ever again.

As he grew up, Liev resented his parents for choosing his sister over him, and for sending her away. He began to lash out, being rude, disrespectful, violent, which ever he felt like at the time. His father also abused him emotionally, which contributed to his bruised personality and severe issues.

When Liev turned 16 his parents kicked him out of the house, something that evidently runs in the family. When his grandmother had her daughter, she live in the Victor house with her. But when Liev's mother met his father, fell in love with a poor boy and got pregnant, Liev's grandmother kicked her out of the house. She refused to talk to the family, except on one occasion when she met Liev for the first and only time, untill Sterling was born, then she became avidly involved and when Sterling was
about eight she whisked her away to her luxurious home.

Now, he lives alone, in a tiny apartment, next to a butcher shop and does whatever he wants when he wants. He is still very close with his sister but barely ever gets to see her. His goal is to make it into the next hunger games, for the last year he can.
