Soooo yeah. Here we go. Just post a suggestion for a title below. I know it doesnt say much. Its just six sentences, but its all I can remember off the top of my head.

Before my year of seventeen, I was sheltered. Our town was not huge, but it wasn't a rural place either. I did my work in school, goofed off with friends, normal teenage stuff. I had two best friends. In the end I only had one. All due to that horrible mask.
