Appearance:

Argent is short for his age, about 4'10. He is about average build, which is pure muscle from training for the games. Argent has deep set green eyes that are a bit too far apart. His hair is vividly red and he keeps it combed low over his eyes. He usually dresses in all black. (Think Westley from the Princess Bride) He always wears a silver ring with an emerald set in it, engraved with his initials. It was a gift from his father for starting his training.

Personality:

Argent is a fighter. Not a bully, but a fighter. He wants nothing more than to be in the Hunger Games. He is accepting of life, and rarely complains. Argent loves to be the center of attention. He has several friends and could be considered to be in the "popular crowd" at school. On the rare occasion that he is upset or nervous, he fiddles with his ring.

Outside of fighting, Argent's first love is sports, especially hockey.

In general, he is a laid back, friendly person who is fun to be around. But don't get on his bad side, because the kid can really hold a grudge. And while he is friendly, he is not particularly loyal, so you may want to watch your back.

The last thing you should know about Argent is that he has a severe caffeine addiction. Don't get around him in the morning before he's has his coffee. Please, don't.

History:

Argent's parents are rich. Of course they are, with him living in District Two. They're strict though, very strict. Argent's father only cares about his performance in training. His mother is uptight and wants her son to be the best at everything. Argent has much to live up to. His older sister, Platine (French for platinum), graduated top of her class and became one of the most successful new doctors in the district. Argent hates the pressure on him and tries to stay out of the house as much as possible. His hockey team has essentially become his family.

Argent was reaped for the 55th Hunger Games at the age of 15. He fought bravely until he was killed by a blow to the head by Shanks Kennigston on the second to last day of the Games.

Argent wants to volunteer for the Games, but know he has to wait until he turns 18. To remedy this, he takes out as much tesserae as he can every year.

Argent makes up for his size in training with his uncanny aim.
