RULES !
-I don't do manips that have more than one picture involved
-Please supply the picture; or, if you don't care, tell me the FC and the 'mood' or 'style' you want the picture to be
-Tell me what text you want and what color, ie "blue and yellow tones"
-Plz give a general idea of what vibe you want it to give, ie 'icy' or 'exciting' or whatevs
