Kristoff Gress Dist. 12 [[EDIT]]

Kristoff is 5'7" and is a little slim. He has jet black hair and golden eyes. His hair is short and is messy. His golden eyes look like a small flame in his face. He is a light tan.

He has a long jagged scar on his right cheek. He got this when he cut himself trying to escape from the fence of his district. He has a burn on his right palm that looks like a deformed bird with giant wings. Kristoff got his burn from a fire in his house that got too big.

Kristoff is an easy-going guy. He can be nice a sweet in one minute and turn mean and protective in the next second. He knows a few pressure points of the human body as his dad taught him. He can paralyze a person's arms and legs. Kristoff can also do good in hand to hand combat.

His mother taught him how to start fires and make them look like a wild fire that started naturally. Kristoff just has to smile at someone and their day becomes brighter. He is well known in his district. The day he goes into the Games is the day the district will be rooting for him.

Kristoff does have a few flaws though. He does get his acne every now and then. He also has his scars and burns that make people, that don't know him, feel that he is a no good, troubled kid. Kristoff, however, is not good at small talk. He also feels claustrophobic real easily.

Kristoff has had a rough childhood.Kristoff was only 8 when his brother, Kiyal, was sent into the Games. After his brother's death he has been determined to go in the Games one day and win it! He goes outside everyday at the edge of the fence in District Twelve and illegally trains for the Games. He tries to hide his depression and be as friendly as possible to anyone and everyone he sees.

He knows that he will most likely go in the Games. Kristoff is ready and will take on the other tributes. He has trained for this ever since he was 9. Kristoff won't ever go down without a fight. In the next 3 years are the only time has to win the games for his brother Kiyal.

Kristoff was nervous but determined when he turned twelve because he knew he would be in the Games someday. Kristoff was 13 when he first went into the Hob. Kristoff is now 14 and determined to go into the next Games. He is already planning to volunteer for the next Games if he can. He is saying his goodbyes to his parents and friends and is ready for the next Games.
