Anise Haggard - District 5

Anise is of average height and weight, standing at 5' and weighing 110lbs. Her pale skin is in stark contrast to her dark brown hair and brown eyes. Matching her pale skin are light sparse freckles covering her nose and cheeks. Her hair is straight and she prefers to keep it mostly tied back so it doesn't get in her way.

Anise likes to keep busy, whether helping her parents out around the house or finding other work to do. she presents a knack for getting into mischief and usually has a couple of friends with her. Insisting this stems from her boredom, when not working she likes to learn anything she can about animals. She considers herself lucky to be born into a loving family, though an only child she can be a bit spoilt. Anise can be disobedient and sassy, especially when challenged, she likes to prove people wrong.

Anise's parents had her when they were quiet old, already almost 40, unknown to her she had an older sibling who died in the games shortly before she was born. Brought up to respect the capitol she still has an intense loathing for the Games. Her childhood was uneventful, attending school with good grades and her mother teaching her about the different local wildlife. It wasn't until she reached the age of 13 that she stated to create mischief along with the few close friend she had. Her parents attempted to counteract this reminding her to respect and obey the Capitol but Anise has so far found no reason to do so, slowly becoming disillusioned with the small secluded life she lives.
