If one were to simply meet Mila on the street, one phrase could possibly be used: easy to ignore. She’s average, with brown hair and matching brown eyes. She’s even average in height. The only thing that might catch your eye is her fingers. Long and spindly, they are used with needles and gauze, and blood is almost always stuck in her nails, turning them permanent rust red. She just blends into the background, whatever background that may be, from the Capitol to District 2.Personality:
Mila is quiet and patient, and could care less about the Hunger Games and Panem. Instead, she does her work daily, her job more of a nurse and hopeful surgeon's apprentice rather than a full on doctor. Other than her wits, she has a immovable, solid will that nothing can break. Even if her ideas are less than kind, or hurts herself and others, she will not move from it. She isn’t a revolutionary, ‘go do what I want and no one will stop me’ type, though. In fact, she believes that without a certain order or set rules, the world would practically cave in on itselfHistory:
Born in District 2, Mila was raised around medicine and blood. At first, she was a Capitol supporter, knowing absolutely nothing different. For her, the Capitol was the ruling body. Since the upper Districts lived in luxury compared to the other Districts, she had no idea what was going on outside of District 2, although this wasn’t a problem for her. Her world was a perfect size: big enough for ideas, small enough to keep foreign things out. Foreign things, or, for that matter, foreign people. Every year, she also watched the Victory Tour, with various victors from other Districts coming through, or victors from her District being celebrated. To her, the Hunger Games was far, far too large for her perfect little world, and she’d much rather stay out of it. Unfortunately for her, this was extremely hard due to peer pressure to volunteer for the Games, or to at least train for them. Just in case. Even her own father tried to convince her to at least become proficient with something like a sword or knife. Just in case she was picked for the Reaping, although with all of the other District 2 adolescents practically chomping at the bit to volunteer, he believed that she would never be picked anyway. But just in the rare incident that she was, he told her that if she was picked, she was going to be the tribute, no matter if anyone volunteered.Codeword: muttations
Mila, however, believed that this opinion was a piece of rubbish and fervently hoped that she wouldn’t be picked for the Reaping. Luckily for her and her family, her wish was granted. Every single year, she wasn’t drawn in the Hunger Games, but she still had to watch the tributes slaughter each other in the Arena that always changed, every year. Once her mind was sharpened enough with medical terms and medical ideas, she began to wonder less about how people her age could do such things and more about ‘how could I heal that specific injury, or is it even able TO be healed?’ Eventually, she began to wonder less and less about what was happening outside District 2. Her curiosity was tamed with age, and soon she was just another faceless doctor in a District of faceless doctors. Only the extreme could change that.

She's probably not going to be much of a fighter, but any thread that they need a surgeon in District 2, she's there! I'm also searching for a gang that she can join (in District 2, of course) so if there are any out there somewhere.... well, I'll be looking out for you!
