Hi,
I'm think of making a character who is either a book binder or related to one, what district if any would this work best in? D7 because they make paper D9 because they manufacture goods or D6 because they have all the smart people?

I'm not exactly sure, though.

Well, since District 9 is now manufacturing random things that are not so sophisticated to appear in 1, yet complex enough to require an entire district for it, perhaps bookbinding would work there.
