Paulina Veronica Reed/District 2

Paulie is a short "kid". She is 5 feet and a bob hair cut to pull her all together. Paulie is a very built person in the leg areas. With calf muscles that are almost unnatural for her age. Paulie's torso is small, compact, and sturdily built. Her arm muscles aren't as big as her calves though. Most of her work involves running,strength, and agility. Paulie is a light tan on her skin from most of the days inside, but equally spent outside.

Her hair well kept and always groomed. It is a dark brown of color kept in a uniform bob. Her eye color is a piercing green color. She has a pretty face, but not up to beautiful standards. Her nose is a slight ski slope, with soft cheekbones that complement the nose perfectly. Her lips are a medium size. If you ever see her, she'll be in long white pants that flow, a yellow shirt, and worn tennis shoes.

Overall, Paulie's figure is that of a runner. Athletic and ready to go at a moments notice.

On the inside Paulie is a hard nut that can't be cracked. She is tough and has a hard personality for most people to come to know.
Some traits that really stand out in Paulie are her love for close ones, and her athleticism. Paulie is a runner and will never stop being one. Running is part of her life, even though she is in a medical society. Paulie's family is really close they know everything about their family. So showing love to they is an important thing to her. Also showing love to her pet dog,otocardio, or a medical term for ear and heart.

The flaws of Paulie are never liked to be mentioned by her. She doesn't like when things are known about her. One of her flaws are secrets. Paulie can't stand them. This explains why her family is so close. Their family doesn't keep secrets from each other because of Paulie. Another one of her weaknesses are when people are able to get into her nut. And when they crack it. It shatters her world. And she runs from almost everything. Problems,secrets, and her future career plan.

Paulie is the oldest in four person family. She has two parents and a younger brother, Carmen Reed. Both of her parents are involved in the medical society in district 2. Her father works in the capitol most of his days, teaching doctors. But when he comes home he is always happy to finally be home and away from the slightly quirky people of the capital. Her mother is a nurse also teaching new nurses at the local hospital. Carmen is 10 years old and is ,of course, training to be a doctor like his father. He has a very bright and playful spirit and keeps the family happy when thing turn for the worse.

Paulie grew up very content. She never missed a meal and was well clothed. She grew up nonstop running. Running, running, all day long. Sometimes her mother and her had to climb a mountain to gather some plants for the herb garden at the hospital. Everyday they would go. Running up and up and running down and down. When it came time for Paulie to go to school, 4 years old, Paulie chose to go to regular school instead of medical school. Usually in district 2, all of the kids chose to go to medical school over regular school. Medical things are practically their life. Paulie's choice came with much confusion from many people. Why would the 2 doctor's daughter choose regular school? Paulie was most intrigued in the playground that she often saw kids playing on. Running and playing with friends for 1 hour of the day was priceless to her. Every-day she played and played and was sad when it was time to be called in the school again.

One thing Paulie really believes in is loving close ones. She does because her great-great grandma GiGi told her to alway keep your family close. And Paulie was a lap dog to GiGi's feet, so of course she always did what GiGi said. The next year GiGi died of old age. Paulie was heartbroken. She then went though the stages of recovery from when loved ones die. First came rage, she got so mad at GiGi for leaving their family all heartbroken. Why couldn't have she lived on longer? And Paulie never left that stage. Why did GiGi have to die?

Right now she either is going to be forced to be a doctor, or she is going to run away from it. She even had thoughts of running away from it all. But she couldn't. She can't leave her family, not like GiGi did to her. So the real question is...will she run like she has her whole life, or will she stay and face the problem?
