Gideon has always been a tall character. Standing well over six feet tall, this man is usually an eye for the crowd. While this might seem to be an advantage, Gideon cannot do anything that requires intense aerobic activity; his heart cannot pump enough blood to his large body. And while this could be cured with some excessive and built muscle mass, Gideon is a lazy individual and is left relatively weak compared to the rest of society.
The citizens of the Capitol are known for their eccentric sense of fashion. Even the politicians of the "head district" are known to express themselves in odd manners some times. Gideon is not an exception to this. A crescent moon is tattooed on Gideon's forehead, opening to the right. Branching out from his left ear and proceeding toward his nose are two markings of the color that the moon is, a dark blue. These markings accentuate his already stern features, such as his low-set cheekbones and sharp chin. One thing a person might take notice of that is not artificial is Gideon's ears. They are pointed, like an elves. It is a deformity he attempts to keep hidden with his long hair at most times.
On top of his strange facial markings, Gideon wears his brown hair long. While long to most might be to the mid-neck or even the shoulders, this young man has hair grown to his mid-back. It is usually worn in a long ponytail with split ends. Bangs often cover Gideon's forehead.
Despite his expression of fashion, Gideon seeks to keep his clothing of the utmost professional style. A black suit is generally what he chooses to wear. Underneath is a simple white dress shirt, partly masked by a black tye that seems to pull the entire outfit together.
Ever since a young age, Gideon has had a natural talent for the art of deception. He could tell a lie with a straight face, and then make you feel bad for even doubting him in the first place. His natural intelligence, coupled with his good looks and strangely high amount of charisma, have given him a large ego. However, this man knows to not overestimate himself when he can help it. The downfall of many great men has been attributed to relying too much on oneself.History:
Behind the charisma of Gideon is pure greed. Since his times as a child, he has been taught that money is power, and power is life. He strives to gain as much as he can in life, and by whatever means necessary. Some who know Gideon intimately claim that he has some "master plan" to orchestrate that requires a lot of both of the two resources he holds dearest. But, they're only claims and no details have been given.
What is known, and what has been proven, is that Gideon is a harsh man. He has no quarrels with doing away with a person in his way, no matter who they may be. People three times as old as the young politician have fallen to his ruthless punishment. Gideon refuses to let even the slightest hint of disobedience go without some sort of consequence. The best rule is a firm one, in his opinion.
The Sforza family, for as long as most people can even remember, has been a clan of power. Even long after they had been overthrown in the far reaches of Italy, their descendants managed to still be rather well off from their family's years of ancient history. Gideon Sforza is no exception to this manner. However, his wealth did not come from ancient history. No, Gideon's wealth was the result of his father; a man whose empire was built on political know-how and (in true fashion of any man working in Panem's government) backstabbing.Codeword: odair
Gideon grew up in a lavish home along with his sister, Caterina. Whatever a young boy could want, he had. If he saw something that he did not have (and wanted), the young man would turn to his assistant (glorified baby sitter) and order him to purchase it right then and there. Rarely ever was he refused.
As the child got a tad bit older, nearing the age of ten, he was sent to a boarding school at the other side of the Capitol. The school was known for it's renown education and population, which consisted of the children of very rich families. And while the young Sforza did learn a great many things at the Academy to which he was sent, the most important of them all was something that he never saw in a textbook. Gideon was a natural with women. While he had his fair shake at manipulating his peers of the same gender, it would seem that many of the women of the school would fight over themselves to lick his fingertips. It was with this realization of his innate abilities that Gideon would graduate at the top of his class, with a nearly perfect G.P.A.. After all, when all the competition is too distracted among themselves and with a certain young man to pay attention to their grades, how could one not be valedictorian?
Gideon now lives his life as a young man of the Capitol. His usual days aren't spent sleeping, and his nights are spent in the glorious night life of the city. Underground gambling and drug shipments are one of the few things that the young Sforza has took his part in. Rumor has it that he single-handedly took down one of the biggest crime lords in the Capitol, a man of seventy years of age, and is now slowly moving through the remnants of the empire, attempting to lead it himself.
To add to this strange life, the eldest Sforza (Gideon's father) is on his deathbed. Gideon is in much need of the full inheritance. However, he has the strange feeling that his sister has similar sentiments about the estate...
