Liam Carrick : Capitol

Liam is tallish and fit, with strawberry blond hair and very blue eyes. He wears whatever he feels like wearing, though he prefers white dress shirts and black jackets. Dressier stuff. He pays no attention to the bombastic trends of the Capitol. His fingernails are painted rainbow colors because his wife thought it would be funny. He actually liked the way it looked and kept it that way, but it was more a continuation of the joke than anything.

Liam occasionally isn't very nice. He can be very sarcastic and blunt, and even a bit heartless on occasion. However, he's very talented in a wide variety of fields, and fun-loving on a good day. He's bitter about the Games. He likes playing video games, the guitar, and the piano, though mainly the piano. He's bi, though this doesn't shape his personality in any way, and he's married. It just means that he and his wife can talk about cute guys together. XD

He comes from a family of Peacekeepers, but he lacked the patriotism and discipline to continue the pattern. Instead, he learned how to play the piano from his mother, and taught himself how to play the guitar. In high school, he met his future wife, Natalie, though they were friends for years before he decided to ask her out.

Though he's married, he hasn't had many boyfriends. He's attracted to both genders, but he leans towards the female.
