Atlas Carrick : District One

Atlas is tall, fit, and quite handsome. He has dark hair, dark blue eyes, and a thick Irish accent. Despite his outwardly sophisticated demeanor, he was actually born in the Lower Districts, so he knows the hardships that those of the Lower Districts face. He wears nice clothing, such as a vest and tie combo, and prefers darker colors; black, grey, and deeper, richer shades of color.

After he left District Twelve to become a respectable business man in District One, he learned the finer arts of swordplay, and bought a cane that's actually a sword in disguise. He carries it around with him everywhere. He has a notable, inexplicable Irish accent.

He's originally from District Twelve, so he's more down-to-earth than most of the residents of District One, since he knows that luxuries of District One are just that. Luxuries. He's something of a revolutionary, and he secretly backs the Uprising.

He has a good sense of humor and a very deep sense of loyalty. He's friends with most of the gang leaders of District One, and is kind enough to take Garrett Gould in when his family has their annual spats. He's married to Fleur Ostrose, a member of the Prestige, who is a decade younger than him, but they truly love each other, despite the age difference.

He grew up in District Twelve, surrounded by the harshness and reality of the Capitol's hold on Panem. Once he became eighteen, he left District Twelve for good and went to District One, clawing his way up in the social standing until he became part of the wealthy elite. However, he never forgot the suppression in the lower Districts, and joined the Uprising once he became his own man.

He met Fleur one day in passing, not knowing that she was part of the dying gang the Prestige. They hit it off, and recently married.
