Rain / District 11 [Done]

Rain is quite small for a 15 year old, pale and frail looking. She has muscle despite what her appearence shows.
Rain has waist length dirty blond hair, flowing loose and beautifully. Her eyes are a beautiful, sapphire blue. When you stare into them its like looking into a body of water, forever moving and swirling, deeper then you can imagine.
Rain sews her own clothing, using the crops she manages to steal to buy the supplies.
Rain usually wears a turqoise outfit, the top strapless, covering her chest and connecting in the back. Her stomach and lower back are revealed, as most of her body is so that she may twist, move and jump without being held back by her clothing. She wears a short skort, which she spent alot of time on one day, making a skirt she found in the market one day, into something she could wear up high in trees. Her clothing items are rather revealing compared to the average citizen, but she likes it that way, being used to harsh coldness, and being active. Her shoes are merely layers of light blue ribbons, tied around the middle of both feet leaving her toes and heel revealed, and tied up around her ankles to keep them there. She is rather stylish, making new clothing items every once in a while

Rain is an extremely quiet, independent girl. She wont hesitate to snap at loud people, or complain if someone is bothering her.
She loves to be up high in the trees, feeling safest there.
When she feels she is high enough in the trees, Rain likes to sing. Loudly. Clearly.
MockingJays are her favorite and she loves to sing songs to them.
Rain loves it when its raining, the sweet melody it plays as it falls from the sky. She often goes to stand in it, while others go for shelter.
She is kind, and likes to watch children, although wont tolerate being annoyed by them.
Every year she watches the hunger games, discusted by the capitol who find this amusing.
Rain loves the winter, and often finds puddles frozen in this season. She loves to slide across the slippery surface, but takes breaks alot due to the fact she wears no proper shoes. Summer is her least favorite season because she hates the heat, and the muggyness of it all.
Rain is a loner, and always will be.

Rain showed up out of nowhere one night at the doorstep of a younger man. She was five and had been shivering, a spear peirced through her back.
She collapsed at his feet and woke up with no memory of where she had come from. The man whos name was Soot, cradled the fragile body, until she was warm enough to move on her own. She grew up with him, not knowing if she even came from this district or not, although soot knew better. He suspected she had come from the capitol.
At the age of 7 she dreamed back everything that had happened. Her family rushing out the door, toward the unknown. Her mother with pale silky skin and blond hair falling the the ground. Her father with hair as black as night falling shortly after, hand reached out to her. She remembered running, faster and faster, racing toward light, her feet acing from the many months they had been running, and finally falling down at a mans door. Soot.
She lay wondering why she remembered it all now. eight years later, she still lives with Soot, who is too old to care for himself. He is the only person she truly loves. The peacekeepers leave her alone, as she keeps Soot presentable, and herself.
Rain loves to work up in the trees the most, and finds herself their often anyways, working or not.
She steals food, being extremely quick and stealthy, and those who know keep quiet, since she sells lots of it to them.
Rain is also an excellent cook, and spends alot of her time perfecting her skills.
