Roman D12

Roman has slightly tan white skin, He has noticeable muscle but isn’t insanely strong. Under his shirt he has strong abs but is rather skinny as is expected of someone from the Seam. His dirty blonde hair hangs down half way over his eyes. His blue gleaming eyes show worry and confusion. He has a long scar across his back from where he was whipped as a young child for running out side of the fence to try to catch a rabbit. Since the whipping he has had a hurt confused look to him.

The usual clothes worn by Roman are dark blue jeans a T-shirt and his dark red hoodie. Even though Roman lives in the seam and doesn’t have much he takes pride in what he does have and carries himself so. The shoes he wears are plain and black, they are good for athletics. For formal events Roman wears a black tuxedo past down from his father. His looks average but isn’t very easily forgettable.

Roman has a confident aura about him. Conceded wouldn’t be a word that describes him well though. Roman has confidence he can do what he does well, but he doesn’t go around assuming he is better than everyone else. Roman is hopeful and resourceful helping him keep his family thriving. In public Roman is social and likes to be surrounded by people. He knows most people in the district or at least tries to.

In private around trusted friends Roman is somewhat of a rebel. He despises the Capitol and isn’t afraid to tell, people. He also is frightened by the Hunger Games. Being from the Seam, a poor part of a poor district, he wouldn’t have much of a chance at winning he is strong and not completely starving but a career tribute could easily take him out. His fright doesn’t stop in his sleep his has nightmares of past Hunger Games he was forced to watch on the old rarely used television.

Generally Roman is a nice person, but if he develops a grudge against you he can be downright awful! Roman doesn’t have many enemies but his enemies are strongly hated by him. He has been known to do awful things to those he dislikes. He has been described by enemies as cruel, horrific and rude.

Roman was born a cute fat baby. As a child he was curious and was often punished for it. He would take things he found interesting. His parents both worked in the mines so he was left at day care all day. Roman learned to be social at such a young age it’s now easy for him.

One incident where Roman’s family was struggling and didn’t have much food Roman decided to try to catch a bunny. He followed it under the fence and was caught by a peacekeeper. He was taken to the town square and ordered five lashes. At the young age of seven this was some serious pain. His back was whipped and he cried after one. Today he still has the scar to prove it.

After the incident Roman was more careful and watched where he went and what he said. In school Roman was social but stayed away from topics like the Hunger Games and anything about the Capitol. Roman was changed as a boy when he was whipped he realized pain. He had feared it happening again and feared the Hunger Games. He hated the Capitol from the day he was whipped.
