[/center]Lucan Allen Hale is a gentle giant by most definitions of the phrase. Having hit an extremely abnormal growth spurt when he was thirteen years old, the boy—who had begun his thirteenth year at a measly four foot eleven inches—ended the year at six feet eight inches. Towering over most people he knew by at least a foot, he always felt slightly self-conscious of his height because he thought people would be frightened of him. After another seven years, the boy has reached his probably final height. Now, he stands at six feet eleven inches.Golden brown hair sits upon his crown. In the center of his head his hair goes upwards, standing with the assistance of hair gel. The centerpiece moves over to the left side of his face. The right side of his face doesn't have hair that stands straight up, however; but a few strands of hair in a wave-like format blowing over towards his ear. His hair is quite fluffy, apparently, though he has no real liking of it. To him, it's just aggravating and hard-to-manage strands of color on top of his head. The two ears that belong to Lucan Hale don't exactly match his face. In fact, they seem to protrude more than they should, which draws a load of attention to his ears instead of his face. Of course, being the height he is, ears aren't something typically noticed by just anyone. The people that he knows, such as his sister Amadi or his friend Qilena, are the people that tell him of his strange ears. The external part of the right ear—the cartilage that protrudes from the outer ear—seems to loop around more than the left ear's cartilage.Pale green eyes rest below his forehead. The color does not seem to pop as most eyes these days do; but, instead, his eyes are very dull. One could even go as far as to say his eyes looked like they were dead. The two eyes are positioned under large, hairy eyebrows that shadow his eyes, adding on to the dead appearance. Under his eyes are bags from countless nights without sleep, staying up and rubbing his sister's back until she was rested. Typically, by that time, the sun was already rising and the new day was upon him.The feature of Lucan that he dislikes the most is his nose. Wide set and with a bridge that protrudes far more than his sister's nose, his resembles the nose of his father, long since deceased. The tip of his nose comes down at an angle that makes the insides of his nostrils visible, especially from below him. The philtrum is also wide, much like his nose, and causes the middle of his upper lip to be rather pointy. His lips, although rubicund pink, are not that visible amongst his features. They are of a duller shade that doesn't contrast with his face at all. The colors of tan and pink blend together, along with the dull color of his eyes, so not much on his face is particularly bright or noticeable. The body of the Hale boy is quite toned and muscular, but that is not a surprising thing when compared to the other males of his District. Most of them spend their days outside in the sun, swimming or working, gaining muscle tone. His ab muscles are easily his best and favorite, seeing as they are the most worked on. His abs make thick rings around his stomach, and lines to go down towards his groin at an angle. [if you do not know what I mean, look atthis picture .. I couldn't think of any other way to describe it at the moment /:]

Lucan Allen Hale lives in the moment. He has always done what we felt like at the time, not really worrying about what would come of it in the future. He has always lived and let live. It was a policy of his ever since the death of his parents when he was fourteen years of age. Never allowing the past to harm him or bring him down, he is constantly thinking about the present and what is currently going on.He isn't known for making smart decisions in the slightest. He tends to choose whatever floats his boat. The decision that sounds more enjoyable is what he tends to make, even though it may not benefit him whatsoever a few minutes later. Lucan has made stupid decisions such as sleeping with his sister and with men on the spur of the moment, not considering the repercussions he'd face in the long run.
Lucan is known to have never regretted anything he has ever done or anything that has ever happen to him. He doesn't regret the death of his parents, nor does he regret allowing his sister to remain the mess she is. Truly, the boy regrets nothing at all. If anything he did was wrong, it'd made him learn from his mistakes, and that's the way he'll always look at it.His biggest fear is easily identifiable by those of his close friends and his remaining family, which are few and far between, as Antlophobia. Antlophobia is defined as the fear of waves, and anyone that knows Lucan well enough can vouch for him on this. When he was younger he had a risky encounter with a flood in which he almost lost his life, but luckily his father had been there to save him. However, the blonde boy had been submerged in the flood waters for enough time that he had accumulated a great fear for it inside of him. Water in general was not a problem at all, since he realized he would have to live around water for the rest of his life. Floods, though, he did not have to deal with, nor did he want to. In many a nightmare he is stuck in the bottom of a well with water pouring down on him, slowly filling the well with water. As soon as he is about to be drowned the dream ends with him bolting up from his bed and wiping several beads of sweat off his forehead.
His last major personality trait is his undying love for his twin sister, Amadi Sahara Hale. From the depths of his heart, he can honestly say that the single thing in the world that he cares about the most is Amadi. Not even Evelyn Mardonne, his fiancé, is near as loved as the Hale sister. They were always tight—Amadi being the quieter, emotional one; Lucan being the one that wasn’t afraid to out himself out there—but after the death of their parents they have grown much closer. Many people are quite mad at Lucan for the way he has treated Amadi since the murders. He has babied her and allowed her to become the emotionally unstable wreck she is; but what the outsiders don’t realize is that Lucan cares for her on more than just a sisterly level. Ever since the night of the murders, the Hale twins have shared nights of very intimate actions and intercourse. Lucan, being one to live in the moment, doesn’t think much about it. He truly just wants what is best for his sister, and she wants him, so he allows her to have him for her pleasure. Lucan just can’t seem to turn Amadi down. She is already a mess, and he doesn’t want to ruin her even more. He tried being harsh on her for a brief period of time, but to no avail. No one knows about his sexual encounters with his sister, and he doubts he’ll ever tell anyone about them.

When Arrhenius Hale first impregnated his wife, Dahlia Hale, they assumed that only a single kid would come out when Dahlia gave birth; however, much to their surprise and/or dismay, two children came out of Dahlia on her delivery date. First came Lucan Allen Hale, the boy the two had wanted. Soon after, though, Dahlia felt another object ready to come out, and she pushed forth Amadi Sahara Hale. The twins were a surprise to the parents, but not a bad one in the least. They were very pleased with this, in all actuality. The Hale twins were raised with much love and care. Both parents were workers, and they would sometimes bring Lucan and Amadi with them to their jobs. When they were old enough to go to school, the two began going there, where Lucan excelled enough to be towards the top of the class. He never applied himself, though, because he never studied for anything. He would push studying aside for the more fun alternative, which was typically fishing.
Lucan was introduced to fishing when he was playing hide and seek with his sister one day, stumbling upon an old man who goes by the name of Ol’ Sawyer. The elderly man was kind to Lucan, teaching him everything he needed to know about fishing in D4. Almost every day after Lucan met the man they would meet up and fish together after school all afternoon. When night fell, the blonde boy would have to return to his home, which was positioned a mere ten yards away from the sea.The years went on and Lucan continued to go to school, fish with Ol’ Sawyer, and return home. One day when Lucan was about eleven years old he was sick and had to stay home from school. That day the waves grew by an incredibly amount as a storm was approaching. The waves washed up on shore and reached his house. Now, if Lucan had stayed in his bed like he was told to nothing would have happened and he never would have become an Antlophobic. But the Hale boy had not obeyed his orders, not considering his future repercussions of his action, and he went down into his cellar out of boredom. The waves reached up to his house, and since Lucan had left the cellar door open, the waters flooded into the cellar and began to envelop him. Lucan wasn’t the best swimmer yet, so he could not overcome the waves. After an hour of trying to swim over the flood waters, Lucan gave up and allowed the water to swallow him. Lucky for him his father came home from work to check on him and was able to save him from drowning. Ever since this incident, Lucan has been deathly afraid of floods, and has had several nightmares of drowning and floods.
Three years after the event with the flood Lucan Hale was fishing with Ol’ Sawyer after school as always. On this particular day, the fish were biting more than usual, so Lucan stayed later at the typical spot to catch some extra fish. When it was getting too late to remain out in the District, he packed up his things and began his walk home. When he reached his street, he heard an earsplitting scream a few houses down, and Lucan ran towards the sound. Again, he didn’t think of the consequences of his actions, and as he came to his house he looked In his window and saw his mother’s face, bright with fear. The two made eye contact as a knife was shoved deep into her stomach, and the woman was dragged away from the window. Lucan gasped in exasperation before running to his door. As he grabbed the doorknob a force opened it from the other side, knocking him down into his yard. When he looked back up the door was wide open and no one was around. Cursing at himself, he forced his feet forward and into his house, where he found the bodies of his parents, bloody and cold, laying at the foot of the couch.Lucan began to scream, barely even stopping for breaths at all. His fourteen year old voice—not quite fully through with puberty yet—cracked several times within the shrieks. During one of the few pauses he took, he knocked over a table in anger. In the next breath, he heard a small whimper come from his parents’ bed room. Quickly, the blonde boy sprinted into the room, finding his twin sister with tear stains down her face.
The events that followed his finding of Amadi are quite unusual in your typical family, and are not to spoken of lightly. To comfort his sister, and in a sheer attempt to make her forget about the incident she had most likely just witnessed, Lucan took her virginity. It was by no means rape or child molestation, for Amadi seemed to want it, too. After their first sexual encounter, the two made intercourse with each other a frequent occurrence. Amadi never seemed to not want it to him, so he continued pleasing her in whatever way she wished. After the death of the parents—which Lucan tries his best to refrain from mentioning—all he wanted was happiness for his sister. He never attempted anything for his own personal gain. He even cut back on fishing with Ol’ Sawyer for fun, and instead started working for a living to be able to support Amadi. Whatever she needed he supplied. When Lucan turned twenty he went out to a bar on the shore of District Four, and on the return trip from the bar he met a girl he presumed to be about eighteen years of age. He and the girl—Evelyn Mardonne—instantly hit it off, and they began to have a relationship together. This saddened Amadi greatly, but he continued to please her every night when he returned home. Eventually, Lucan decided spur of the moment that he wanted to marry the girl and start a family, since he could never do that with Amadi. On the way to have a walk on the beach with Evelyn he stopped at a jewelry store and bought an engagement ring for the girl. When he got to the beach, he popped the question, and she said”Like, yes!”
The girl’s father found the perfect place for a wedding, and the two agreed that Piscatus Isle was a gorgeous and secluded location for such an event. They both began planning, and decided on a week-long excursion for all the wedding guests. It was then that Lucan found out his fiancé was only fifteen years old. Shocked, but unable to do much about it, he continued planning the wedding with her. He now doesn’t know if he truly wants to marry her, and he has actually realized the repercussions of this decision were definitely for the worse.

This bio killed me. D: He felt so unnatural and stuff. I dunno. He’s just too normal.I hope he dies in this plot xDD –shoots self-Well, the odair picture is here, so I guess he’s fine, right? Good. Also, I left some parts of his history kind of open because, well, he doesn’t know anything about his parents’ death other than it happened and he saw his mom’s face. Amadi is the one that watched their death. And his relationship with Ol’ Sawyer is to be developed more by Semper and I later^^
