Age: Sixteen
Gender: Female
District/Area: District 4
Appearance:
She is tall for a girl, standing at 5'10. She has long legs, and proportionately, they're longer than they should be. It's not enough of a difference to make her look freakish, though it can be noticed if someone was actually focused on that. Her legs also can look off because they have more muscle than the rest of her body. The rest of her build is slender. With her high metabolism, she doesn't have a lot of body fat. She doesn't have a very big chest, either. She's not scrawny thin, though. She just has an athletic build.Personality:
She has solid blue eyes, a dark shade of blue. She likes spending time outdoors, so she usually has a tan. Her hair is always long, reaching anywhere from her shoulder blades to her hips. It's red and naturally wavy. She has a rather big nose, but aside from that, she has very feminine features.
She's a very upfront and outgoing person. She usually doesn't have a problem speaking her mind. She loves a good joke and finds humor in a lot of things, albeit sometimes those things are cruel. She isn't always the nicest person. She usually doesn't cross the line and won't do more than playful teasing with people she's close to, or lives with, but she has fun tormenting others. She especially loves to pick on people "lesser" then her.History:
She a very impatient person. Because her mind functions so fast, she feels as if everything normal is extremely slow. So, to interact with others, she feels as if she's dragging out every syllable when she talks, and she feels like she's walking in slow motion. She's used to it, even if it does frustrate her a lot.
Despite her frustrations, she's a social person. She doesn't like to be alone. Even if she's actually doing something on her own, like reading a book for example, she still prefers to do so in the presence of others.
She thinks highly of herself. She often feels as if other people are dumb, since they can't think and figure things out as quickly as she can. She also tends to feel rather invincible. It's difficult for someone to get the better of her. That's led to her having quite a big ego, and she takes personal offense if someone does happen to get one up on her.
The death of Gabby probably changed Zoe, in a way. Zoe was never like the others in her district, she didn't find joy in participating in the games. She even hated watching them, but her parents made her train, they believed all their children would win if they entered.Codeword: Odair
Zoe was born into District Four, but her family had to get away. District four held to many painful memories. Their parents were ashamed to even walk outside in fear of ridicule coming from their fellow district members. To them, Gabby was a disgrace, a failure. All their hard work put into training her, and her go off and die. They made it sound as if she had killed herself. Her mother worked for near the docks in district four, and her father was once a Peacekeeper, and a high ranked one at that. They fell in love blah, blah, blah. Which led them to having children, big shocker there. Zoe was the youngest of four. Two girls and two boys, all made to train, in hopes of one day winning The Hunger Games. Zoe would get every bit of training as they did, and she had some scars to prove them, but it was Gabby who got to take a shot at victory. Gabby gave Zoe the last words she would hear from her beloved sister. She said train hard, and that she loved her so much. The family had high hopes of their daughter/sister winning the games, but on the very first day of the games, she was killed from behind. Just like that, she was gone, forever.
Watching her sister die changed Zoe, anyone could see that. She became the way she was now. But she took her sisters words to heart, she trained longer than her brothers, harder than her brothers. She had to do it, for Gabby. She wasn't surprised when her parents took down anything that reminded them of their dead daughter, not out of sadness, but shame. Zoe knew who was to blame for her sisters death, and she had to avenge her sister somehow, right? Wasn't it a noble deed, to do something in the honor of a dead loved one?
