Appearance:

Eevie is medium height of about 5'5". She is somewhat thin but has good strong legs. She has a heart shaped face with a few freckles. Her hair is dark chocolate colored and goes about midway down her back. She almost always has it in braids, whether its one braid going down her back, a braid coming around the side, or two braids.

She is somewhat tan but not so super tan to suggest she spends much time in direct sunlight. Her eyes are a deep green and she has long but not very thick lashes. Her lips are full but not Angelina lips or anything. And finally she has very small hands and a small nose.

Personality:

She is mostly quiet around other people although charismatic when she chooses to be. If she needs to she can pretend to be confident but avoids those situations as much as possible. As implied, she does not like the limelight. She has very few close friends but has many acquaitances.

She strongly dislikes the Hunger Games but would never voice this. She rarely makes enemies and will be friendly as long as others are friendly when they approach her. Her loyalty, once won, is never lost without very good reason. She is smart, but nowhere near genius level.

She enjoys hunting and learning the techniques her father teaches her. She especially likes snares and is very good when working with them. She spends a lot of time up in trees because she likes to climb and it keeps her out of view of others. Considers herself a very good climber, but then again she doesn't meet very many.

History:

Her mother was taken when she was very young. It seems she was conspiring against the Capitol and was turned into an Avox. Eevie has grown up with her older brother and father. She spends a lot of time with her brother when because they hunt together. Her father taught both her and her brother everything they know about hunting.

Hunting is their job, but Eevie takes a certain amount of joy in what she does. Although the occasional nightmare of the animals she's killed has come up, she never feels much guilt about it because it's all she's ever known. When she hunts she has a tendancy to lose herself. But at the end of the day she always comes back to reality. No matter how dismal it may be.

Her most fond memory is one she's not even sure is real. It is of her mother singing her and her brother to sleep and her father stroking her hair as she drifted off. Whether it's real or not, it's the only memory she has of her whole family together. And also the only memory she has of her mother.

For her twelfth birthday her brother gave her a necklace made of leather with a rabbit foot attached. He told her it would give her swift feet, cunning, and most of all keep her safe. He told her of legends as old as time that said a rabbits foot was lucky and that, if it truly was, it would keep her out of the Hunger Games.
