Gaea Anathema. District 6

When you look into Gaea’s eyes you see a person of extreme beauty. Her eyes a light brown with flecks of deep red in the center, looking like fire burning wood. She has a beautiful silhouette, neither muscular nor lean. She has a problem with her hip, weakening her in terms of speed, but making up for the lack of speed and muscle with brains. Her head is oddly shaped and her nose is small and thin, people make fun of her because of it.

Gaea’s hair has a red, like her eyes, and a light brown, also like her eyes. She is short, around 5'2" – 5'3" which makes her desired in her District. Her voice isn’t very high or very low, it isn’t squeaky or childish. Her beauty is envied by most girls in the District and admired by the rest, and when she walks past the boys they pester her offer to carry her things.

Gaea is smart, not extremely smart, but top in the class for everything. She is quite annoying at times but when people take notice of it, they tend to go ahead and dislike her. She simply brushes off the fact that she lost friends, physically, but when she’s alone she seems to break down and sob quietly. When people find her sobbing, they just stand, point at her and laugh, which makes her feel lonelier than she already does, making her do stupid things to herself.

Gaea isn’t one to show many emotions in public, so she keeps to herself and writes down what others think of her. She has an archive with books of the personalities of people in the District and what she thinks of them. When she’s in public, she acts jumpy and happy but in reality she’s not, she has a handful of friends that keep her comfort and put up with her annoyance.

Gaea loves poisons, biology and chemistry. She loves science in general; because of her love of it she has mastered poisons, biology and chemistry. She is renowned in the District because of her extensive knowledge of the body, the environment and chemicals. She is also renowned because of the discoveries and concoctions she helped create. Gaea transforms into a whole different person when in the lab or alone, transforms from a weak person to one with no fear to a person that cries when alone to one that creates deadly poisons.

Gaea has quite a bumpy history in terms of family problems and relationship problems. She has had many lovers in her time, but now struggles being in a relationship because of a fear of loss. She hates when people leave her and has trouble coping with the change and loss of the people around her. Gaea has a secret (not a secret anymore) that she wanted to rule alongside President Snow. But now, since she is older and wiser she wants him dead and to rot in hell. She heard rumors about him reeking of blood, and Gaea hates the stench of blood.

Gaea’s parents are renowned in the district but very old, they are in their late fifty’s both scientists and both specializing in their own science, her mother a Physicist and her father, a weaponologist. She plans on using the knowledge her parents have later on in the future and when she does, she’ll be using it to aid all of Panem, not just the capitol.

Gaea has had a problem when it came to trust, she believes that no-one trusts no-one in the districts. That you don’t know who will turn against you, that you will die if you trust someone too much. People in District 6 try to convince her that she can trust them, but she goes into a frenzy and starts yelling and scratching them. Now people call her the ‘lone wolf’, but in reality if it’s a life or death situation she will trust anyone willing to help her, then and there.
