Pepper VonSpice, District Nine

Pepper is tall, around 5'9 with a thin, narrow face and small, sneaky brown eyes. His eyes make a slanting shape. Pepper is thin, very thin. Because of his thin form he lacks much strength in his body to get up and moving. He often has violent tremors and can barley move, he's shaking so bad. He had anorexia as a younger teenager, and still hasn't gained the weight back.

He has fiery orange hair that flies out at all angels. He doesn't bother to comb it, he likes the frizzy appearance. His hair is short, cut to the average of men, not long. Pepper has short bangs in the front, and thin eyebrows.

His nose is disjointed and very malformed- he's broken it four times, two of which have been violent ones. His lips are thin and often chapped.

Pepper is very sly and sneaky, and not one to hesitate to curse. He hates being called freak because of his skinny appearance and malformed nose, but can't diverge the taunts. He never can. He just lets them sink in, and obsorb them and wonder why kids don't like him. It drags him down, making him depressed. The next day though he walks back, they call him freak, and he gives them a simple response- "Damn you."

Pepper is a hostile loner. He likes to work to get his mind off of things, and often mutters words on dis contempt under his breath. Sometimes he's happy one day, and the next pondering death by peacekeeper. He is very unstable, but recovers from one mental disease at a time.

Pepper doesn't have many friends, he only has had two in his lifetime. He hasn't forgiven himself for their losses yet, which whenever he reflects on the past, makes him fall to his knees, hands cupped over his eyes, and cry until he passes out, usually. He's anti social.

Pepper was born to two older people. He was an only child. When he was seven his Father died from a disease known as cancer. His Mother continued to raise him, but was going insane. When Pepper was nine she killed herself.

He was taken in by their neighbors, who had a daughter named Shelli. She helped Pepper heal from the wounds of the loss of his parents, but he developed Anorexia at age ten. It was a struggle for him, but Shelli helped him get through, and he managed to pull through. He will still sometimes go a few days without eating, but now as bad as he used to.

When he and Shelli were twelve, Shelli and Pepper's other friend were both reaped. The last time Pepper saw Shelli he said he'd much rather have her win than his other friend, and they both had their first kiss. Pepper was forced to watch heartbroken as later Shelli kissed Pepper's best friend in the arena, only to be killed by him during the kiss.

After this Pepper slowly went into his tremors of shock, and then unstable bouts of crying. He still lives with Shelli's parents, who treat him as their son now, since Shelli is dead and Pepper is technically an orphan.

He is going to be a difficult one to play, but I like the insanies.
